In May 2010 many of our residents took part in an important survey called STATUS which is carried out every three years. The survey focused on how well Orwell Housing Association delivers services and maintains its homes. Over 1500 tenants, including sheltered, very sheltered, supported and shared owners took part. The survey was carried out on behalf of Orwell by the National Housing Federation's Feedback Service.
